Our Proud Grandfan Team takes great pride in the care and craftsmanship behind every design we create. All items are custom made just for you and produced only after an order has been placed. Because we do not carry inventory, we can only accept returns in specific situations.

INCORRECT ORDER

If the item you received does not match what was confirmed at the time of purchase, please contact us. We will review the details and make things right.

DAMAGED ITEM

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery. If we are not contacted within this timeframe, we cannot assume liability for the issue.

RETURN PROCESS

If your order qualifies under either category above, then log in and go to your "My Orders" page to begin the return process.
