DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Proud Grandfan ships to all US States. We will use one of the three main shippers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) for your order, depending on your shipping needs selected at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Timing depends on the size and complexity of your order.

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs are dependent on package weight and ship to location. These costs will be calculated in your shopping cart and can be reviewed prior to submitting your order.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery time ranges from 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping selections that you make at checkout.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:

To see the status of your package, please enter your tracking number on your shipper’s website. Our support staff does not have any additional information regarding the status of your shipment once it leaves our facility.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Please contact your shipper to file a claim. Proud Grandfan is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages once your package is in the hands of the shipper.
