GRANDFAN CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES

Whatever the occasion - bridal shower, family reunion, sport teams, events, company activities, etc. - we offer professional design and DTF (direct-to-film) printing services for customers who are looking for high-quality, durable prints for apparel and accessories. Whether you're a small business, a sports team, or an individual looking for custom designs, our in-house designers and printing team provide fast, reliable, and vibrant results.

NOTE: If you need a product type other than apparel (e.g., umbrella, tote, water bottle, mug, backpack, coaster, etc.) let us know. We can create hundreds of types of products, not just those limited to what's shown on our website. Just ask, and we'll let you know if we can do it.

 

There are three main steps to what we refer to as our DPC customization process - DESIGN, PRINT, CREATE.

Within the DCP process, we offer three levels of service - Gold, Silver, and Bronze:

Gold - Choose Gold if you have vision, but not quite sure what type of design you want. In this level of service , we  oversee all three steps of DPC. You describe your vision to us (subject matter, particular wording, color scheme, product type, etc.) then our in-house design team will begin to develop some design options for you to choose from. We'll send you the design options along with a quote for each one. Once you've made your design choice, our production team will print your design and create your final product.

Silver - Choose Silver if you have a sketch, drawing, or photo of the design you want, and you would like us to bring your design to life. At this level, we will also oversee all three steps of DPC, however, in this case, our design team would not provide options but rather design exactly what your sketch/drawing/photo depicts. We'll send you the draft design for review, along with a quote. Once the design is finalized, our production team will print your design and create the final product.

Bronze - Choose Bronze if you already have a high-resolution image of your design in hand. At this level, we would oversee the CP steps of the process. You would upload the image file, choose the product you would like your design printed on, and we will print that image as is and create the final product.

Any custom artwork created by Proud Grandfan for a customer remains the intellectual property of Proud Grandfan LLC. Customers receive permission to use the design solely on the products that they purchase from us. All ownership, copyright, and reproduction rights to the artwork are retained by Proud Grandfan LLC.
